PROCESS OF BOOKING
READY TO GRAZE AWAY? Here's what you need to know:​

A consultation email or call to discuss your table needs

A contract will be sent out and signed by both parties

A $100 non-refundable deposit to hold the date and the remaining balance paid 2 weeks prior
-
On the day of the graze, team will arrive at the venue 1.5-3 hours beforehand to start set-up

A date and time is set up for the client to return our boards and accessories within the following week or we can pick them up for an additional charge.

The only item we do not supply is the surface! Tables must be provided in a cool area, preferably located away from direct sunlight (indoors with air conditioning is ideal).

The minimum for grazing tables start at $400

Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions

The general travel + set up fee to Nashville is $100
-
Extra charge if you would like us to come back to the venue and clean up.

A fee will be charged if boards and supplies are returned damaged or broken

Grazing tables are meant to serve as an appetizer! if you want the table to be served as meal, please let us know so we can price accordingly.

You can purchase extra greenery for a lush effect for $80
-
Plates, utensils, and napkins are not provided but there will be disposable bamboo tongs added.

Want to go back to basics? This simple and stunning style is the one for you! Flat lay grazes are one dimensional and the easier to clean. You can keep any glass bowls used and just roll up any leftovers with the butcher paper used. No mess, no problem!

Multi-dimensional grazes are a show stopper and a great way to elevate your grazing table! We add additional boards and crates to create height and dimension. Every table is unique and includes different elevations, props, decor, and greenery to match your theme or aesthetic. Multi-dimensional tables are perfect for weddings, showers, graduations, and more!
TABLE RUNNER GRAZE
A runner graze is the perfect table centerpiece for your next dinner party or event! A skinner graze is running down the middle of your table and is the perfect interactive experience for seated guests. Can it get any better than that?
