it all started when...
I always had a huge love for food, entertaining, and conversation! So naturally charcuterie boards and I were a match made in heaven. Whether it was an event, a celebration, or just a chill night with friends - you could always count on me to arrive with a board in hand. I just love how easily it spark ups a conversation and plays a part in creating such special memories.
It wasn't until after I graduated Belmont University in 2019 when I started feeling completely lost with what I wanted to do with my life. It was months and months of empty job interviews for positions that didn't really ignite a spark in me. I always thought of starting my own charcuterie business but I was TERRIFIED of the thought. I was scared of what people would think, I was scared of failing, I mean... the list could go on forever.
The world turned completely upside down shortly after (shoutout covid) and I finally had the courage to take the jump. I was equally terrified as I was excited - I mean what better time to start a business than during a pandemic right?

The launch of With Love and Brie! I launched in October 2020 and the amount of support and love I have received has been overwhelming. I have met incredible people and made so many special friendships along the way!
I have been given the chance to create boards and boxes for sweet celebrations and even grazing tables for someone's special day. A few of my boards have even been featured in Better Homes & Garden, Do615, The Spruce Eats, The Nashville Voyager and I even got the chance to create a board for Dolly Parton which to this day still blows my mind.
I have loved every second of creating charcuterie boards for so many of you and I am so excited to see where this journey takes us! Just know that I appreciate all of your support more than I could ever express.
